Julius Baer has hired the former boss of Standard Chartered Switzerland for its international unit, which is based in London.

Until March 2015, Jeremy Parrish was chief executive officer at Standard Chartered Switzerland, a bank that since stopped doing business in the country. He now will join the board of Julius Baer International Limited in London.

Parrish is the third non-executive director at the Swiss bank's London branch, joining Hector Sants and Richard Wohanka, according to a report by «Wealth Manager». He will assume responsibility for the risk and audit committee of the branch in the U.K.
