Another significant departure at Notenstein La Roche: The chief financial officer is leaving the private bank, which has yet to appoint a successor.

Basil Heeb was chief financial officer of St. Gallen-based Notenstein La Roche since the beginning of 2012. He has now decided to move on and take on a new professional challenge, the bank said in a statement today.

Heeb will leave the Raiffeisen unit at a yet to be decided date in the coming months, following a thorough transmission of duty. The bank will present his successor in due course. Christoph Gloor, head of private banking, was appointed deputy CEO with immediate effect.

Management Changes

Notenstein La Roche has had some important departures of personnel in recent months. Werner Kruesi, a veteran banker and head of the business in Eastern Switzerland moved to Reichmuth, a Lucerne-based private bank.

The former head of the Zurich region, Silvan Schriber, departed at the end of last year. He joined Zurich-based fintech Additiv as its chief operating officer.
