The sailing yacht known from the James Bond film «Skyfall» is up for sale – a jewel of the seas which has much more to offer than just film star allure. It doesn't come cheap though.
Regina, a luxurious two-master sailing boat, is the No.1 object of desire at Engel & Voelkers, a Hamburg-based yachting broker.
Built in 2011, Regina usually sails across the Caribbean. It's claim to fame however came with the star role in «Skyfall», the James Bond film. Daniel Craig, or better known 007, is sailing to a lonely island to confront his bitter rival, played by Javier Bardem.
High-Performance Vessel
Regina has a price tag of 8.85 million euros. The eventual buyer will get a high-performance ocean-going vessel, capable of a cruising speed of 12 knots. The boat was completely overhauled last year.
The sailing yacht is 56 meters long and has an exceptionally wide beam of 9.5 meters, allowing for vast areas both inside and outside.
Taking 12 Guests
Regina has six en-suite cabins and is able to accommodate 12 guests. The master bedroom is full beam with a lounge area and a walk-in dressing room. It comes complete with a Bose sound system, satellite television and a 80 hp jet ski.
