Crealogix, a Swiss banking software provider, returned to profit in the six month through December 2016 as it was able to sell more of its fintech solutions to the Swiss banking industry.

Crealogix had net income of 0.7 million Swiss francs in the six months through December 2016, the Zurich-based company said in a statement today. That’s after a loss of 1.3 million francs in the year-earlier period.

Double-Digit Sales Growth to Continue

The company reiterated its outlook for the full financial year, despite what it called a «challenging environment»: «Although the volume of the second half year might not quite attain the level of the first half year, Crealogix expects for the entire financial year double-digit sales growth and a significant higher EBITDA in comparison with the period 2015/2016.»

Crealogix said the return to profit became possible because of strong growth of fintechs solutions to banks such as Notenstein La Roche, a new customer. Sales grew 28 percent to 35.8 million francs.

Latest Version of Digital Banking Software

Existing customers, including Bank SoBa, Raiffeisen Group and VZ Depot Bank introduced the latest version of the digital banking hub software, the company said.
