Banque Profil de Gestion, a Geneva-based private bank, has presented an ambitious three-year strategy, designed to improve the company's earnings.

Banque Profil de Gestion, which is controlled by Milan-based Banca Profilo, wants to increase assets under management by about 50 percent in the three years through 2019, according to a statement to the press.

The increase in assets under management is thought to boost earnings at the bank in the three-year period. Banque Profil de Gestion had reported an increase in assets under management for 2016, without specifying the amount it now manages.

It had a profit of 260,000 Swiss francs on revenue of 8.8 million francs.

Founded in 1988

Banca Profilo was founded in 1988 and is listed on the Milan stock exchange. It is the majority shareholder of Banque Profil de Gestion, which in is listed on SIX stock exchange. Banca Profilo is active in private banking, investment banking and the capital markets business. Apart from the headquarters in Milan, it has branches in Rome, Genoa and Turin.
