Syz Asset Management won’t let up in its quest to establish the brand in a number of choice markets in Europe. It has just opened up shop in Southern Europe.
Munich, Milan and now Madrid: Syz Asset Management has just opened its third office abroad within a year. The wealth manager hopes to take a stake in the quickly growing fund market in the Spanish capital, the company said in a statement today.
Syz appointed Luis Beltrami Cruz as head of the Madrid branch. He has been with the bank since 2014 and was in charge of the distribution of the Oyster funds in Spain.
The great pool of wealth available in Spain was the main driver for Syz to seek the expansion, the company said. Syz Asset Management is reacting to an increase in demand in the region.
