The Swiss private bank is rehiring a former asset management executive, who will lead business with institutional clients in Zurich. 

Lombard Odier Investment Managers said it is hiring Eric Roeleven (pictured below) as head of institutional sales in Zurich, effective immediately.

Eric Roeleven 160He was a client relationship manager for the Geneva-based firm's asset management arm from 1998 to 2005 before joining rival Pictet's asset management unit in Zurich, where he also looked after institutional clients. Before Lombard Odier, Roeleven worked for now defunct Clariden Bank and UBS. He will report to Jonathan Clenshaw, who joined Lombard Odier from Deutsche Asset Management in July.

Lombard Odier IM is the asset management arm of the Swiss private bank, and managed roughly 46 billion Swiss franc per mid-2017.
