Banque Syz of Geneva plans to bolster the investment advisory for its private clients and appointed an experienced private banker to lead the team.

Banque Syz named Yasmina Barin head of advisory, where she will lead a team of seven specialists, the company said in a statement today. The service boosts advisory portfolios of private clients by recommending innovative and effective investment ideas, Syz said.

Barin began her professional career at Capital International before joining the Syz research team in October 2006. In 2015, Barin joined the private banking advisory service, where she was put in charge of implementing an advisory management offering.

Two Service Levels

The banker holds a Master’s degree in international relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies.

The advisory team provides the clients with two levels of service, Advisory Select and Advisory Expert. The expert service gives clients direct access to the Syz specialists and tailor-made offers.
