UBS promoted one of its Swiss real experts as head of the European business. He will report to Thomas Wels.
Reto Ketterer will take up his duties as head of real estate Europe (ex Switzerland) within the Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM) division in January 2018, the Swiss No. 1 bank said in a statement today. Ketterer is based in Zurich and reports to Thomas Wels, head of REPM at UBS Asset Management.
Ketterer will be responsible for the management and further development of the REPM platform.
The real estate expert for ten years was in charge of business management and operations within the REPM division. From 2003 through 2007, Ketterer worked with the global real estate unit of the bank. He has 36 years of experience in the real estate business.
Patrick O’Sullivan will take over the duties of Ketterer. He used to be in charge of marketing at REPM products.
