3. France: ICO Refuge
Part of French President Emanuel Macron’s planned economic reform encompasses a financial center strategy. Only recently Economy Minister, Bruno Le Maire confirmed France’s goal to become the number-one financial center which «through the medium of ad-hoc conditions would allow firms to conduct ICOs to signal its importance to potential investors.»
Le Maire added that the growth plan for French companies (PACTE) will empower the French market regulator to issue a type of ICO visa and offer investors a list of companies who have been granted such visas.
