Real estate services provider Avobis has joined up with regional bank Hypothekarbank Lenzburg. The two are also planning to deepen their cooperation in the property and mortgage markets.
Hypothekarbank, or Hypi, Lenzburg’s Finstar information technology platform is already being used by several private and regional banks, as well as by the federal rail operator SBB. Now the largest independent Swiss property services provider Avobis will also become a Hypi- and Finstar client, according to a statement Thursday.
Avobis will use Hypi Lenzburg’s open-banking-platform for conducting its credit business, including customer data, account management and payment systems.
Property Financing
Hypi Lenzburg and Avobis regard the deal as a partnership, with both using Finstar to further expand their financing and credit businesses. In addition solutions will be developed to strengthen both companies in the property and mortgage markets.
