Swiss bank UBS creates a co-leadership in Wealth Management Asia Pacific to better serve clients across this large region and capture the future growth.

Following the retirement of Kathy Shih and the appointment of Edmund Koh as President Asia Pacific and a member of the Group Executive Board, UBS has announced that Amy Lo and August Hatecke will succeed Koh as Co-Heads Wealth Management Asia Pacific, according to an internal memo seen by finews.com. These appointments take effect on Jan 1, 2019.

In their new roles, Lo will focus primarily on our North Asia businesses and Hatecke on our Southeast Asia businesses. The bank believes this combination will allow to most effectively serve clients across this large region and capture the growth to which we have committed.
