Nummo, a Swiss fintech active in personal finance tools in the U.S., has hired a digital expert from Credit Suisse.

Theo Schilter will take up his duties as vice president of product at Nummo in June 2019, information obtained by finews.com showed. A spokesman for Nummo confirmed the move.

In the past four years, Schilter worked for Credit Suisse as program manager digitalization for the international wealth management division. Before his stint at Credit Suisse, Schilter spent five years with Julius Baer, the private bank, alongside Roi Tavor, Enrico Schoch and Gregor Mueller, the founders of Nummo.

Nummo specializes in the development of tools used for the management of personal finances. So far, the company is active only in the U.S., where it has generated a total of $200 million in transactions using its platform. The company plans to launch its business in Switzerland in 2019, a project finews.com has written about exclusively.
