The French wealth manager is replacing its head of private banking in Switzerland. The move comes shortly after the head of its Zurich branch left abruptly.

Indosuez Wealth Management said Isabelle Jacob-Nebout will take the helm of its Swiss private banking arm, effective from March. She takes over from Patrick Ramsey (pictured below) who had been in the job for six years. Previously, Ramsey was Barclays' top private banker in Switzerland.

Indosuez didn't provide a specific reason for the change. Jacob-Nebout joined Indosuez's wealth arm just last month as head of business development and management. She is a 31-year veteran of BNP Paribas, and has been based in Geneva since 2004.

Her promotion to oversee the entire wealth operation in Switzerland comes shortly after Indosuez parted ways with Frédéric Wuethrich (pictured below), its head in Zurich since 2017. Wuetrich and the bank disagreed on strategy, according to a person familiar with the matter.

Jacob-Nebout is to expand Indosuez in Switzerland as well as in its international markets, which are Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. Indosuez is the wealth management arm of Crédit Agricole, France's largest bank by market capitalization.
