Two ex-UBS bankers are reuniting as managing partners of a new Swiss advisory boutique.

Robin Dutt is joining Orbit36 Risk Finance Solutions, a Pfaeffikon, Switzerland-based advisory, as a managing partner, according to the company's website. Previously, he was head of group strategic planning at UBS, a role which includes forecasting for the Swiss bank, scenario modelling, performance and cost control analytics, as well as chaperoning change projects.

Orbit36 was founded last year by Andreas Ita, a 25-year veteran of UBS, last September. Most recently, Ita was UBS' head of economic performance and capital optimization. The job included overseeing its capital allocation, risk-adjusted performance measurement, and determination of cost of equity. Ita, who began his career as an equity derivatives trader, also advanced the internal and regulatory stress testing methodologies.

The duo plan to help financial services firms with strategic projects, processes and methodologies, frameworks for their capital, performance, and risk management, and financial and scenario modelling. Orbit36 views itself as advisers and partners for senior executives in risk, finance, and strategy roles.
