Swiss private bank EFG International is replacing two members of its executive with internal candidates.

Two members of EFG International's executive committee will leave the company next week. Renato Cohn, deputy CEO and head of investment solutions, will leave EFG at the end of April to rejoin BTG Pactual, EFG International announced Monday. Brazil-based BTG Pactual is a major shareholder of EFG International.

Harald Reczek (pictured above) will now take over as head of investment solutions. Reczek, who recently joined EFG from Credit Suisse, will take a seat on the private bank's global business committee. Cohn is also a member of the executive board, which is now down one person for the time being.

In the summer, Marcelo Coscarelli will leave EFG International. His position as head of Latin America will be taken over by Sanjin Mohorovic, who was previously chief operation officer (COO). Until 2019, Mohorovic had been based in Miami as COO for the Latin America region. Mohorovic had joined EFG International with the acquisition of BSI.
