A managing partner at Genevan boutique Bruellan wants to pursue a board career.

Grégoire Vaucher is stepping down as a managing partner Bruellan in favor of pursuing a career as a board director, according to Swiss outlet «Financecorner» (in French). He will join the wealth boutique's board at a June shareholder meeting.

Vaucher joined the wealth boutique, which manages roughly 3.5 billion Swiss francs ($3.8 billion) in 2018 through the merger with Semper. His move comes alongside a shuffle in Bruellan's management: it is hiring Claude Favre as operating chief responsible for risk and finance. He was most recently Compagnie Bancaire Helvétique's head of risk and finance.

Bruellan is also naming managing partner Gaetano Zanon as its head of asset management and Jean-Paul Tissières, also a managing partner, as co-head of investments. Finally, Philippe Moser is named co-head of private clients, together with Antoine Spillmann, who is CEO of Bruellan.
