The Geneva-based online bank has nabbed a Natixis banker for its chief investment role, while it plans further offices.

Flowbank is hiring Esty Dwek to be responsible for the company’s investment strategy, effective October 1, the company said in an emailed statement Wednesday. Dwek, currently head of global market strategy at French fund house Natixis, will lead a team of analysts at Flowbank.

The online bank, which currently employs 120 people after being founded last year, also announced that it would be opening an office in Zurich in the next few weeks. It said this step came ahead of its planned expansion abroad.
