PricewaterhouseCoopers has been Leonteq's auditor since its founding in 2007, but a new auditor will be looking at its 2022 books.

To show its commitment to «good corporate governance,» Leonteq conducted a tender process for a new auditor. Deloitte emerged as the winner, Leonteq announced in its annual general meeting agenda published Friday ahead of the March 31 gathering.

Leonteq, which specializes in structured investment products, said Deloitte would replace PricewaterhouseCoopers as its auditor starting with the 2022 financial year.

Board of Directors

All eight current members of the Board of Directors will stand for re-election for another year, with the board proposing the re-election of Christopher Chambers as its Chairman.

Dividend

A dividend of 3 Swiss francs per share will be proposed to shareholders for the 2021 financial year to be paid out in equal amounts from retained earnings and reserves as well as capital contributions, the statement said.
