Zuercher Kantonalbank is adding an experienced auditor to its Austrian subsidiary's advisory board, replacing a veteran member.

Zuercher Kantonalbank (ZKB) is naming Alina Czerny to the supervisory board of its Austrian subsidiary, replacing Stephan Hutter, an independent board member since the private bank's founding, it said in a statement (in German) Wednesday.

Zuercher Kantonalbank Oesterreich AG is a private bank serving high net worth individuals, foundations and entrepreneurs in Austria and southern Germany. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Zuercher Kantonalbank in Zurich, with Florence Schnydrig Moser, head of ZKB Private Banking, the subsidiary's president.

Czerny is a self-employed auditor and tax advisor and has extensive experience in advising and supervising banks. She served as a supervisor of major banks at the Financial Market Authority (Finma), and later worked at KPMG Austria, auditing and advising banks there.
