PKB Privatbank is appointing a human resources expert to its executive board.
PKB Privatbank is appointing Monica Malnati to its executive board it said in a statement this week.
Malnati who heads human resources at the private bank since October 2021 began her professional career at UBS in 1998. After twelve years she later joined Credit Suisse as Senior HR Business Partner.
Following Malnati's appointment, PKB Privatbank's executive board is now made up as follows:
Luca Venturini, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Michele Balice, COO – Head of the Operations, Organisation & ICT
Fabrizio Cerutti, CRO – Head of the Compliance & Risk Management
Peter Conrad, Head of Private Banking
Marco Malcontenti, CFO – Head of Finance & Markets
Monica Malnati, Group Head of Human Resources
Lorenzo Tavola, head of Domestic & Corporate Banking
The Swiss family banking group has offices in Lugano, Bellinzona, Geneva, Zurich, and Panama.
