Financial compliance services and products provider Targens, is promoting one of its own to lead to the Swiss subsidiary.

Targens Suisse is appointing Ruedi Becker as its new CEO it said in a statement Thursday. 

Becker, who was previously responsible for Targens' Swiss and Liechtenstein markets, has been on the company's executive board since 2021. He succeeds Evangelos Aneziris, who is leaving the company, the statement said. 

Becker was a member of the Swiss National Bank's executive board until 2020.

Targens supports clients in their banking and corporate management, trading activities and the safeguarding of business processes, according to the company's website.
