After 15 years at Zug-based asset manager Patrimonium, a co-founder is taking a different path.

Co-founder Stéphane Bonvin is selling his share package to co-founders Christoph Syz and Daniel Heine effective immediately, Patrimonium said in a statement Tuesday.

Bonvin, Syz und Heine founded the company in 2007 with offices in Lausanne and Zurich. As one of the largest independent asset managers in Switzerland, it manages 4 billion Swiss francs, spread across real estate, private markets - including debt, infrastructure and private equity - according to its website.

Bonvin is CEO of real estate group Investis Group, which he will continue to focus on.
