The digital bank Radicant appoints Rouven Leuener, a specialist in the development of digital products, to its management team.

Data and technology-driven startup Radicant has filled the position of chief product officer (CPO) with Rouven Leuener, taking up his post on September 1 which brings the Radicant Bank executive team to full strength.

Leuener brings extensive experience in the development and management of digital products. His responsibility as CPO will be to develop the best possible digital banking experience for customers through hyper-personalization, deep tech, and the further development of Radicant's web platform, according to a statement from Radicant (in German) on Tuesday.

Digital Experience

Leuener served as chief product and marketing Officer at Comparis, a Swiss online portal for comparing various services, since 2019. He was responsible for the realignment of user experiences and business models aimed at personalization and automation. Before that, he spent four years at NZZ Media Group, most recently as group head of digital products.

Radicant is a provider of digital and sustainable financial services that is strategically aligned with the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals and operates as a subsidiary of Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank (BLKB).
