The private boutique bank is hiring a cross-asset specialist with over 30 years of experience in private banking and asset management.

Zurich-based Neue Privat Bank (NPB) is hiring André Huwiler as head of external asset managers, effective immediately, it said in an emailed statement.

Huwiler joins from the Luxembourg-based investment company Redbrick Investments, where he served as chief investment officer.

Previous stops in his career include Credit Suisse, where he worked in currency trading and relationship management, as well as Lombard Odier, Gibraltar, where he headed private banking services for 16 years.

Lombard Odier sold its offshore business to J. Safra Sarasin in 2019, as finews.ch (in German) reported at the time.
