Partners Group Hires Australia Head of Private Equity

Swiss asset manager Partners Group hires a head of private equity for Australia.

Toby Mannock joins Partners Group as managing director and head of private equity Australia, according to Linkedin, effective July 24. Based in Sydney, he reports to the head of Australia Martin Scott.

Prior to joining Partners Group, Mannock spent 18 years in M&A and investment banking in London and Australia. He previously worked at ANZ, Renaissance Capital and KPMG.

The latest hire follows a series of senior appointments in the region including Scott’s expanded role to also focus on investment sourcing and transactions as well as Andrew Kateiva as head of institutional, managing director of client solutions, Australia.
