French financial institution Indosuez expands its offering in Switzerland with the appointment of a new head of Global Wealth Structuring.

Private bank Indosuez is expanding its Global Wealth Structuring division in Switzerland, appointing Bruno Morlain at the beginning of July to head the department, according to a statement Tuesday.

He reports to Michael Kofman, Head of Structuring & Financing at Indosuez in Switzerland, and Sophie Champenois, Global Head of Structuring & Financing at Indosuez Group. Morlain began his career as a wealth engineer more than 20 years ago at BNP Paribas in Paris, Luxembourg, and Geneva, where he worked with wealth managers on legal and tax issues for European clients.

In 2015, he moved to Credit Suisse, where he gradually assumed responsibility for the Wealth Planning team for Northern Europe.
