Geneva-based Crédit Agricole subsidiary Indosuez Wealth Management has appointed a new head for its business in the Emirates.

Indosuez Wealth Management appoints Emile Salawi as head of its Middle East region, according to a statement Tuesday.

The wealth manager aims to expand its business with high-net-worth clients through offices in Abu Dhabi and another in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) which it opened last October.

Once at UBS

Salawi joined the Crédit Agricole subsidiary in 2020 and was previously head of key clients & family offices. Before joining Indosuez, he worked at BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and UBS.

He will lead the business across the Middle East, drawing on the expertise of the wealth management teams in Geneva, Zurich, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi.
