Credit Suisse’s hemorrhaging of staff is gaining momentum almost every week. A long-time derivatives specialist is now moving to internationally active Swiss investment boutique ISP and strengthening the management team there with former Vontobel people.

The internationally active ISP Group, based in Zürich's Seefeld, is expanding its expertise in the derivatives area, finews.ch reports. An experienced specialist in structured products and AMCs, Anja-Maria Moesli has been a valuable addition to ISP’s consulting team since the start of 2024.

Prior to that, she held similar positions at Credit Suisse (CS) and Clariden Leu over the past 16 years after working for several years at UBS, ABN Amro and Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB).

Former Vontobel Team As a Foundation

«Anja Moesli joins us as a real top shot, who could hardly be a better fit for the ISP team’s DNA and diversity. Her wealth of experience and outstanding standard of service will perfectly meet the needs of our demanding customers,» Fabio Oertle, member of ISP Group’s executive board, said on Thursday.

ISP’s derivatives division was expanded four years ago by a former team from Vontobel, as finews.ch has reported. Built up over 30 years and regulated by Finma, the group has rapidly grown in recent years in structured products, actively managed certificates (AMCs) and paying agency mandates, and has offices in Zurich, Geneva, Tel Aviv, Dubai, and Hong Kong.
