Cembra has opened its new offices in Lausanne’s Flon district, reinforcing its presence in western Switzerland.

According to a media release published on Tuesday, customers will be welcomed in an inviting environment and offered advice across the company's full range of products, benefiting from personalised, cross-product service. The offering includes personal loans, credit cards, vehicle financing, as well as complementary insurance solutions and savings products. Around 50 Cembra employees are based in Lausanne. The company had previously operated from another location in the city.

Personalised and Comprehensive Customer Advice

In addition to Lausanne, Cembra operates regional competence centres in Zurich, Bern, St. Gallen and Lugano, while its headquarters are located in Zurich. Through its Lending and Payments businesses, Cembra serves more than 2 million customers in Switzerland and employs over 800 people.

Peter Schnellmann, Business Unit Leader Lending at Cembra, said: «With our new location in Lausanne, we are bringing our teams closer together and will be able to provide our customers in French-speaking Switzerland with even more personal and comprehensive advice.»
