Leadership Across Global Financial Institutions

Previously, he held several senior positions at Deutsche Bank, including global head of DB Private Equity. From 2005 until 2008, he was Deutsche Bank’s COO and deputy global head of corporate development and corporate investments. He is also the former CFO of its corporate investments division. In his former capacity, he was a senior manager at PwC, working with insurance and banking clients.
The Next Chapter
Commenting on his departure, Minter shared the following on LinkedIn: «36 years after commencing my professional career (which has encompassed accounting, M&A, investment management and reinsurance), I am retiring from executive life. The next chapter will involve family, pursuing private passions and some non-executive roles.
In those 36 years, I have been incredibly fortunate to have worked alongside talented and inspiring people to whom I will be forever grateful for their support, comradeship and mentoring. In particular, in the last 13 years with Swiss Re, it has been a joy to be part of a culture that attracts and fosters both deep expertise and strong execution. While excited to be embarking on a fresh path, I will miss my Swiss Re colleagues hugely.»
