Yves Gogniat has been with Laux Lawyers for more than four years. He brings more than ten years of experience in IT, data protection, and digitalization law.

His professional background includes training as an attorney, an LL.M. in information technology law, and certifications as a CIPP/E and CIPP/A.

Gogniat primarily advises banks, financial intermediaries, fintech companies, and other regulated institutions on topics such as digital transformation, AI governance, cloud adoption, and outsourcing.

He also handles international data access, data protection, banking secrecy, information security, and sourcing – areas of growing importance for financial institutions.
