2. Cedric Heri
Collardi’s chief of staff at Julius Baer in Zurich, Cedric Heri – with his impeccable manners and tempered disposition – was widely considered the perfect foil for his boss’ more energetic management style. Closer in age to Collardi than most of the others in office, Heri shared a camaraderie with him that very quickly made him the go-to person for anyone wanting access to the CEO.
A former colleague in Zurich describes him as «systematic» and «excellent at executing Boris’ vision» and confirms he was the next-generation of wunderkind at the bank, being groomed for bigger things. Conveniently, Heri is already in Asia, as CFO for Julius Baer in the region, a position he has held for only six months.
