When Sallfort Privatbank and Banque Heritage merged last year, Sallfort’s private equity business became surplus to requirements. It has now relaunched under the name of Bulb Capital.

His new company will primarily continue the transactions undertaken while still under the roof of Sallfort Privatbank, mainly in the venture capital business and with so-called club deals in real estate investments. Club deals are direct investments in non-listed firms by groups of investors.

Basel-based Bulb Capital is focusing on business in the Anglo-Saxon and Latin American markets. Since 2010, the business has completed six venture capital exits and undertaken three real estate club deals over the past three years.
