A former partner at SchulthessZimmermann is striking out on her own. She plans to focus on recruiting top executives in the Swiss banking sector.

Sabine Morant is launching her own search firm, Morant Executive Search, the veteran headhunter said on Thursday. The Zurich-based firm plans to offer tailored recruiting solutions with a focus on finding executives with so-called transformational skills. 

Morant is a veteran Swiss finance headhunter: until the end of last year, she was a partner at SchulthessZimmermann, and previously with Russel Reynolds for seven years. She began her career at Credit Suisse's wealth management arm after graduating in economics in Bern.

She also certified in diversity and inclusion at Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Morant is currently taking continuing education in digital business models at MIT'sSloan School of Management.
