Genevan wealth manager Border & Cie. is adding top bankers to its top management, finews.com has learned. The bank also hopes to tackle Latin America.
Bordier & Cie. is adding Frédéric Potelle and Daia Feigenwinter to its top management, a source familiar with the move told finews.com. Potelle, who has been with Bordier since 2008, runs its equity, fund, and bond teams. Feigenwinter has run the Latin American and Iberian region for Border since 2016. He was previously with UBS for 11 years.
«We're very exited to expand our management with Frédéric Potelle and Daia Feigenwinter and to enable their active participation in strategic discussions and decisions», Grégoire Bordier, the 175-year-old bank's senior partner, said.
Latin America is a key part of Bordier's international expansion. The wealth manager will begin serving customers from the region out of Zurich, in addition to Geneva and Montevideo.
