Bordier & Cie is increasing its focus on private equity to capitalize on a growing asset class.
Geneva-based Bordier & Cie is teaming up with fintech Moonfare to access private equity funds, the bank says in an emailed statement Friday.
Bordier & Cie wants to let clients participate in private equity deals, which were previously reserved for institutional investors, the statement says.
«My partners and I share a strong conviction that the private equity asset class has a home in long term investment portfolios of private clients,» Bordier & Cie managing partner Christian Skaanild says in the statement.
