Liechtenstein-based Bank Alpinum is gradually expanding its team of experienced relationship managers. The latest additions are going to help it build critical mass in Eastern Europe.

Bank Alpinum has appointed Alexander Leschenko and Arthur Venskevics (see below) to take care of wealthy clients in Eastern Europe. Leschenko used to work for LGT in Vienna, while Venskevics was at Rietumu Bank in Riga.

Leschenko was a senior relationship manager at LGT Bank Austria. Before his posting in the Austrian capital, he worked for Hypo Landesbank Voralberg and at UBS wealth management in Austria. He has more than two decades of experience building a stock of wealthy clients and in the management of client portfolios.

Venskevics spent seven years with Rietumu Bank in Riga, the largest private bank in Latvia. His last position was as head sales wealth management.

Bank Alpinum has put wealth-management services and digital services in a few select markets at the heart of its strategy. Core markets are Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Eastern Europe.
