U.S. giant J.P. Morgan is bringing in expertise for its securities platform in Switzerland. The new man has previously worked for a U.S. rival, according to information obtained by finews.com.
Bayram Alagöz (pictured below) joins the securities sales desk of J.P. Morgan in Zurich, according to a memo circulating at the bank. He will report to Marcel Theiler, head of platform sales and securities services Switzerland.
Alagöz has the rank of an executive director. He has more than two decades of experience in asset management and asset servicing. He joins from BNY Mellon, where he was the head of office in Zurich for the past seven years.
