Family office Valueworks is enlisting the former CEO of Hinduja Bank for its board.
The Zurich-based firm is appointing Ivan Schouker to its board, according to a LinkedIn post. He is the founder and head of Finarchitects, a Geneva-based adviser to financial services. Until 2011, he ran Hinduja Bank, the Swiss private bank controlled by the eponymous Indian family.
Schouker is also on the advisory board of Swissborg, a Lausanne-based crypto provider. Valueworks was founded 17 years ago by Kecia Barkawi-Hauser as a Swiss family office for international entrepreneurs.
