Azqore is replenishing its management with veterans from the banking industry.

The Lausanne-based software supplier named Pascal Exertier as its CEO, it said in an emailed statement on Monday. Exertier replaces ex-Crédit-Agricole banker Pierre Dulon in the job.

It is also hiring Stéphane Gomis from Société Générale as deputy to Exertier. Gomis will also take on Exertier's current responsibilities running Azqore business service as well as sales organization.

Born of a partnership beween Crédit Agricole and Capgemini, Azqore is run as a subsidiary of the French bank's wealth management division, Indosuez. Other banks including Société Générale have also outsourced services like back office to the provider, which manages 200 billion euros ($242 billion) of assets.
