Key Family Partners adds an experienced private banker and a high-ranking ex-Marcuard director to its board.

The Geneva-based family office is appointing Emanuele Zanon di Valgiurata and Simon Minder as members of its board, according to a statement on the company's website.

Zanon di Valgiurata has also been named partner. Previously he headed private banking within Intesa SanPaolo's Swiss private banking arm, Banque Morval. The Italian bank acquired the Morval Vonwiller Group from the Zanon di Valgiurata family in 2017.

Private Club

Before becoming independent in 2020, Minder was the chief operating officer, managing partner and director of Marcuard's family office in Zurich. Key Family Partners was founded two years ago by Hugues d'Annoux and Morten Kielland.

The company sees itself as a private investment club where, according to a media release, wealthy families deal flow, networks, and investment reach.
