The Swiss bank has poached a funds veteran with 30 years experience from a competitor in Luxembourg. 


Credit Suisse is appointing Daniela Klasen-Martin to lead its fund management company in Luxembourg, according to an emailed memo confirmed by the bank. Klassen-Martin joins the Swiss lender as a managing director. She replaces Rudolf Koemen who will take on a new role within Credit Suisse asset management.

Previously, Klasen-Martin was the group head of the management company services at Crestbridge. She also worked as head of finance for Schroders investment management Luxembourg.
 
Klasen-Martin is a member of the Luxembourg Institute of Directors and the Luxembourg Funds Association, according to the bank's statement.
