Switzerland's leading crypto broker reorganizes its management team as two more key executives step down.

Zug-based Bitcoin Suisse is reassigning several key top management roles as two more executives depart, according to an emailed statement on Monday. The move follows a swath of new appointments in August, after its attempts to win a banking license in Switzerland were stymied. 

Philipp Vonmoos, corporate development and strategy chief, is now the company's chief financial officer. Lothar Cerjak, head of institutional services and products, is now trading and brokerage head.

Expanded Role

In addition, Bitcoin Suisse is creating a new product management and custody unit and tasking Markus Perdrizat, who currently oversees custody, to run itThe changes appear to be effective immediately. 

As a result of the appointments, current finance chief Rolf Gaetzi and Stefan Luetolf, trading and liquidity head, will leave will leave by the end of this month and at year-end, respectively. Bitcoin Suisse didn't elaborate on the reasons for the changes.
