A Genevan wealth and asset manager is hiring from larger rival HSBC to boost its expertise in the Middle East.

Decisive Capital Management is hiring Dora Chatzikostanti as an investment advisor, the Geneva-based wealth manager said in a Linkedin post. Chatzikostanti was most recently an investment counsellor specialized in the Middle East and North Africa at HSBC.

Decisive was founded and is run by Elie Chamat, a veteran wealth adviser who ran Deutsche Bank’s Saudi Arabia offshore business in Geneva for seven years. It employs roughly 100 people in Geneva, Zurich, and London and manages $6 billion.
