Swiss fintech company Radicant announced a collaboration with US software company Salesforce to offer its customers a personalized user experience.

Radicant is offering purely digital financial services based on Salesforce's cloud-based customer relationship solutions (CRM), aimed at better understanding and serving customers in a real-time and automated fashion, Radicant said in a statement Thursday.

Using the Salesforce cloud-based marketing tool will enable Radicant to personalize communications with prospective and existing customers, it says.

Another offering from Salesforce that Radiant will employ is the interaction studio, where community members can see content relevant only to them, while its customer data platform (CDP) analyzes client needs and preferences. Another solution allows for individualized targeting and processing of service requests, which can be automated and handled quickly using artificial intelligence.

«From our point of view, banks have a lot to catch up in order to better understand and support their customers. We want to set new standards here in the future – not only in regard to financial issues, but also in regards to their individual sustainability goals.» Anders Bally, CEO and co-founder of Radicant said.

Radicant is currently in the early stages of development, having just received its Swiss banking license in May. Its aim is to democratize access to personal and sustainable financial services around the clock.
