A Geneva-based online bank adds three industry veterans to its executive committee.

Flowbank, an online bank based in Geneva specializing in online trading and investing, announced on Tuesday it is adding more experience to its senior leadership team.

Adrien Cohen, who has been with the bank since its founding, joins the senior management as the chief operating officer and was most recently head of trading at the bank. He brings more than a decade of trading experience to the role, having previously worked at LCG, ETX Capital, and IG Markets.

The new chief marketing officer is Caroline Puder-Lévy, who joined the firm in 2020 as head of communications, with over 16 years of marketing experience, most of it in senior roles in the watchmaking industry, the bank said. According to her LinkedIn profile, she was with Raymond Weil for just over 14 years, lastly as head of corporate communications and events. 

Flowbank also announced Sergio Peña as its new global head of sales and customer services with two decades of servicing private, high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients, having held senior roles at Synthesis Bank and Saxo Bank.

Doubling the Team 

In naming the new hires, Flowbank doubled the size of its leadership team. They will join founder and CEO Charles Henri Sabet, Sergio Verdial, chief compliance and risk officer, and chief investment officer Esty Dwek

«Their outstanding expertise in their respective fields will prove instrumental in paving the future path of FlowBank and in creating an even better trading and investing experience,» Sabet said.

The bank which employs around 100 people announced in July that, along with the Swiss stock exchange BX Swiss, it was doing away with trading fees for Swiss shares, as finews.com reported.
