The private bank is hiring in Mexico, Brazil and Argentina, as it drives its business in the region.

Julius Baer announced the following appointments in an emailed statement Monday:

In Brazil, Lucas Rizzi will take over as chief operations and chief technology officer. He joins from Itaú Private Bank, where he headed customer digital experience.

Further Appointments

Miguel Caballero has been appointed head of the bank’s Mexico desk based in Zurich. Caballero will report to country head Marc Furler. He previously worked at BBVA where he held the same position.

Additional appointments include Martín Giménez Pina, who steps into the role as a senior relationship manager and Carlos Fernández who has been named relationship manager.

Mexico and Hispanic America

Recent appointments for Mexico and Hispanic America include Greice Rabelo und Antonio Monteiro who have been named senior relationship managers.

In order to support the bank’s business in Uruguay, senior relationship manager James Armstrong recently relocated from Zurich to Uruguay.
