Indosuez Wealth Management announces three appointments to its Management Committee, including a new CEO for Switzerland. 

Marc-André Poirier is appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Indosuez Wealth Management in Switzerland and Senior Country Officer for the Crédit Agricole group in Switzerland as of December 1, according to a statement Wednesday.

Poirier is responsible for the management and development of the wealth management business in Switzerland, Asia, and the Middle East. He is also responsible for commercial banking and transactional commodity finance businesses in Switzerland and is based in Geneva. 

He joined the Crédit Agricole group in 2007 as Senior Country Officer for Credit Agricole CIB Japan. In September 2011 he was appointed Senior Regional Officer for Asia-Pacific. From January 2016 to December 2022, Poirier was the senior regional officer for the Americas and senior country officer for the US of Crédit Agricole CIB. 

He began his career in 1988 at Société Générale in Tokyo in fixed-income markets and transferred to New York in 1990. From 1994 to 1996, he was based in Hong Kong, later returning to New York as deputy head of markets until 1998 when he was seconded to the equities division of SG Cowen Securities. 

Additional Appointments

Olivier Carcy is appointed CEO of Indosuez Wealth Management in Europe and Senior Country Officer for the Crédit Agricole group in Luxembourg also as of December 1 succeeding Olivier Chatain. Carcy is responsible for the management and development of the wealth management business in Europe, ex-France, particularly through Indosuez's locations in Belgium, Spain, and Italy. He is based in Luxembourg.

Olivier Chatain is appointed Head of Strategy, Legal, and Transformation of Indosuez Wealth Management overseeing the strategy of Indosuez group as well as the legal and general secretary business lines and is based in Paris.

All three report to Jacques Prost, Chief Executive Officer of Indosuez Wealth Management, and join the management committee.
