Swiss mortgage and real estate specialist Moneypark is expanding its executive management with a newly created function. The new hire brings experience in tech and finance.

Jeannine Glausen becomes Chief People Officer at Moneyland, assuming the newly created position as of January 1, according to a statement on Wednesday, Glausen will represent Human Resources on the executive board of the Swiss specialist for mortgages and real estate.

With her team in Zurich and Lausanne, she will be responsible for managing and developing all human resource-related tasks, for the company's roughly 300 employees. She reports directly to CEO Martin Tschopp

Tech and Finance Experience

Glausen brings a wealth of experience from fast-growing tech scale-ups and established companies.

Most recently, Glausen was head of people & organization at Viessmann Group, responsible for introducing new HR standards and recruiting processes. Before that, she drove HR transformation programs at Digitec Galaxus and bexio, also in leadership positions. She also worked at Emmi Group, PwC, Baloise, and UBS.

The mortgage and real estate company was taken in large part by insurer Helvetia in March. With the change in ownership, Tschopp took over the CEO position as then Chairman of the Board of Directors.
